Use this address for product support, privacy questions and server-side deletion requests. No response-time guarantee is currently offered.

Never send passwords, authorization codes, App Secrets, access tokens or screenshots showing credentials.

Connecting a social account

Open Accounts, choose the platform and use its official connection flow where available. Complete login and consent in the system browser. Instagram is developer-test only; TikTok OAuth is not yet generally available.

An authorization attempt failed

Cancel the old attempt before starting a new one. Do not refresh or share a callback URL containing a code. A temporary developer tunnel can change its address; this is not intended as a customer setup step.

Working without a social account

Create, review and export local content without publishing. Keep backups of original media and project files. Offline mode blocks supported external operations; installed local tools remain usable.

Sending a useful bug report

Include your ORVIX version, a description and steps to reproduce. Inspect diagnostic attachments before sending. Remove secrets and private media. Support reports are exported locally; creating a ZIP does not send it automatically.

Disconnecting or requesting deletion

Local disconnection does not delete media or necessarily revoke provider authorization. Follow the separate local, provider and server steps.
