1. Operator and date
These terms cover ORVIX, a Windows application for music-led video production operated by Evgenii Semenov. Support: zzmajororbitzz@gmail.com. Users’ musical brands, projects and channels remain separate from the software product.

2. Availability
ORVIX is under development. Available tools organize projects, create and review media, export locally and support authorized account workflows. Compatibility depends on Windows, hardware, codecs, drivers and separately configured models. This site offers no public installer, price, subscription, payment service or commercial licence. Future purchase terms require separate approval before any offer.
3. Your content
You retain your content rights; these terms transfer no ownership of music, images, videos or projects. Obtain the rights and permissions needed to import, create and distribute material, including music, samples, recordings, images, privacy and performer rights. Conversion to WAV does not establish ownership or restore lost quality. AI-assisted content is subject to tool licences, platform rules and law. No exclusivity or non-infringement guarantee is given.
4. Responsible use
Do not infringe rights, impersonate people, distribute unlawful material, bypass platform limits, abuse authorization or interfere with security. Use only accounts you may manage. Inspect content, target account, visibility and schedule before authorizing publication. Keep backups and review outputs. Local approval or export is not proof of publication; reliable platform confirmation is required. Processing and third-party services can fail.
5. Platforms
ORVIX uses YouTube API Services. By using ORVIX features using those services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Other platforms control their permissions, content rules, reviews and API limits. Comply with their terms.
YouTube integration exists. Instagram is in developer testing; TikTok OAuth and publishing are unfinished. Instagram and TikTok automatic publication are not generally available. TikTok Upload-to-Inbox and Direct Post need distinct permissions. Temporary tunnels are not commercial infrastructure. Authorization can expire or be revoked; platform approval, uninterrupted access, reach, monetization and publication outcomes are not guaranteed. See integration status.
6. Stopping and removing connections
You may stop using ORVIX at any time. Safely finish or cancel active work before closing. Disconnect preserves credentials; the separate confirmed removal action has the limits in Data Deletion Instructions. Google revocation can affect other grants for the same user and OAuth project. Removing credentials does not delete published videos, projects or independent backups. API-derived history may need administrative cleanup. Never assume an incomplete operation succeeded. No subscription cancellation procedure applies because this site offers no subscription.
7. Privacy and limits
Read the Privacy Policy. Support: zzmajororbitzz@gmail.com. Review attachments and never send credentials; no response time is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, development software has no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for every purpose. Nothing excludes non-waivable rights or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
Material changes will appear in an updated version and effective date, with legally required notice. These terms do not establish a purchase or subscription agreement.
